We had a scary incident a week ago with another dog, and I-20 took care of our teeny tiny (4 pound) morkie, Phoebe. She was polite over the phone, made me aware of pricing/charges ahead of time, and gave specific instructions for patients during quarantine. The vet was very thorough, so kind, and answered all our questions. We are beyond grateful for the peace of mind they provided when we needed it most. They even called a few days later to check on her. You can’t beat quality service like that, y’all! Thanks again!

My husband and I are so greatful for the wonderful staff and Dr at this vet. We just moved here from Abilene and got our 2 year old husky fixed at TCAP. We had severe complications. Thank God they found the real problem a severe infection in the tissue, the outcome could have been much different had they not been so attentive to our baby. Just took my baby in, unfortunately she wasn’t coming home. The staff was truly amazing & kind during this hard time. The Vet was very soft spoken and made saying goodbye a bit easier. It’s hard to say goodbye to our fur babies. But I wanted to tell everyone Thank you for your kindness.

Exceptional hands-on care 24/7! My dog was very ill and had someone there with him around the clock to bring him back to his current healthy state. Couldn’t be happier!

Came across this hospital in a emergency with my Bella. Unfortunately she didn’t make it ☹️ but everyone there was so nice and sympathetic with how we were feeling, even gave us hugs to show how much they cared.. Now we are taking our new puppy to see the vet there for his shots. We love how everyone is so patient and loving with him! 😊
