RecommendedOn July 18, 2021 my husband found his best pal, Shorty, in a non-responsive state. Breathing was very shallow. Shorty is 15 yoa. We were received by the kindest & caring staff. The Vetinarian was professional & caring. Sadly to say, my husband lost his best pal. Thank you I-20 Animal Hospital for your caring & professionalism.

10/10 recommend this vet to anyone with an emergency! The team here most definitely saved my babies life after he was bit by some kind of venomous snake. He ended up having to stay there for a couple nights and everyone was so great and helpful.

We took our 5 month old lab puppy for some stitches here. I was so nervous about it but the staff and the vet were so understanding and made the process smooth. They explained everything about the treatment plan and treated Daisy Mae like one of their own pets. I would highly recommend going here for any of your pets needs. We live about 40 minutes away and thinking about switching to them as our regular veterinarian.

Thank you so much to Dr. Steenkamp and his staff late last night. They helped our Shih Tzu, Bonnie with a treat that she got lodged in her airway. Very scary ordeal but they were able to get it out so fast! They were all so personable and I can’t thank them enough!!!! Bonnie says thank you 🐶

I was so impressed as an emergency client with Dr. Covington that we came back for follow up care and will continue to do so. I appreciate his approach- he gives me all the options from "all out, do everything we can" to a middle of the road approach to palliative care options for my geriatric dog's multitude of evolving "old dog issues." These people are the best, my mom and I love this Vet so much; all it took was one X-Ray and that told us what was wrong with my baby girl Sadie, and unfortunately we had to put her down yesterday evening. Dr Gregg and the entire staff were so wonderful to our little dachshund Snicker from the diagnosis of his cancer, through 7 months of treatment, ups and downs, and ultimately today his passing. I felt he was loved by them through his illness. They were always available and Dr Gregg went above and beyond for us and Snicker through all of it. We will never forget the care and compassion they showed us and especially Snicker. Thank you all so much. Nothing can take away the pain but there is so much worth in what you all do.
