RecommendedThe staff at this medical center were truly compassionate and respectful during the end-of-life experience for my pet. We were encouraged to come at our convenience and were treated with kindness in every step of the process. A few days later we were reminded of their attention to our situation with a sympathy card singed by each staff member. Thank you, staff members, for your service.

They were amazing to my fur baby and my family at a very difficult time. Our baby was sick and had to be put to sleep and they were very respectful and considerate. On top of it being early on Thanksgiving morning. Thank you for making a bad morning a little more comforting and for taking care of our baby til the last breath.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Our dog Rowdy was bitten by a venomous snake and they pulled out every stop to get him back from the brink. He loved going to the vet and would run to the front door at every visit. He was spoiled with so much love and all the treats he could ask for. When he developed cancer they were incredibly understanding and helpful every step of the way. We loved them and cannot thank them enough for making the last few months easier on everyone. It’s been a few weeks but I can finally talk about it without breaking down and completely losing it. About 4 wks ago I had to put my sweet boone down very unexpectedly. He was only 2 years old and my entire world. The staff at I-20 were absolutely amazing. I called ahead of time explaining the situation, they were rushing him back as soon as we got there. They were friendly even before we got there. I called and they were sure to tell me to drive careful. It was a 45 min. drive. They took Geat Care and saved our cats life & leg.
