We had to bring our sweet 16 year old in who was acting odd. The nurses and doctor did a great job of explaining what was going on with her. Sadly we had to put her down, but they did an amazing job of making sure our wishes for her were taken care of and even sent us an card.

I had to take my dog in at 5am Saturday due to some post neuter complications. I was so stressed, has maybe 30 minutes of sleep the entire night, and was so worried about my baby. When we arrived the nurse was so sweet (I wish I could remember her name) She calmed me down and was so sweet to Jasper the entire time we were there and really made all my worries and stress vanish. They have the most caring staff of any animal hospital. We had to put our English Bulldog Isabella down a couple days ago who was very ill. They allowed my husband and I to hold her the whole time She was so comfortable. No stress at all. I appreciate the vet that came in to administer the medication. He came in hugged on Isabella. He seemed to really care for her and us. Hands down the best place for your animal. ❣️

They saved my dog‘s life when another vet almost killed him through a misdiagnosis and subsequent follow up. The vet at I-20 hospital even came in on her day off to care for him. This is the first vet he isn’t scared to go to. All the techs smooch on him. I really believe they have a happy staff that loves animals. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Wise, Dr. Gregg, and Dr. Hille.
