This is the worst play to take your pet. I agree with the other people this hospital only cares about money. Most or all the Drs and employees are rude and if you question them they raise the price and will lie to your face. DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.

6/7/2015 Yesterday my partner and I came home to find our Italian Greyhound, Sadie, screaming with a broken leg. Our vet is located in Duncanville and was closed at the time. We had the number to I20 Animal Medical Center on the fridge, grabbed it and ran out the door. Upon arrival they took our dog immediately and rushed her to the back. We were both sobbing and the only thing the receptionist was worried about was collecting the initial payment for an exam. Do Not Ever!! Take your pet to that office... They will kill your best friend. And not man up to anything.... They just stick you with a very heavy LARGE BILL!!!!! If you love your pet stay away from them.... I learned the hard way...

If there was a "zero" star button I would choose that. I don't ever complain about anything but feel the need to tell that this place is the worst place to take your pet. If you want to pay a lot of money and your dog get diagnosed and your other dog die it 3 days then this is your place! Please don't bring a pet here. Thanks

I was very upset when I picked my dogs up after they were boarded there. They revaccinated my dogs right after they had been vaccinated. I provided all the proper paperwork. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one there. I called the next day, asked to speak to a manager and was told the one I needed to talk to wasn't there. Left my name and number for them to call me. Never got called. This could have been a very dangerous mistake. No one there seems to care. Very upset!
