Get directionsDr. Natalia Kreszowski is an insensible, incompetent, and uses her knowledge as an abuse of power. She is a cold hearted person who gave me two options to pay $5759.65 for surgery or to put down my beloved 6 year old fur baby Simba. She informed me her shift was ending in 8 minutes and I need to make a decision. I decided to take him home and went and got a second opinion in the morning. I went to North Dallas Surgical Center and received instructions to allow him to heal on it’s own. And they still charged me $250.
Business response:
I know you are upset but I don't think that is a fair assessment of the doctor. She offered the best medical treatment for a very painful jaw fracture. It took multiple pain medications to make the patient comfortable. This indicates it is't a pain the patient can endure for weeks. I have arrival weight at a few minutes after 10 and in one of your complaints it is stated you were here until 1 am and her shift ended long before that so she was trying to give you the time you needed to decide. She is not insensible, inco... read more

My buddy moved into a new place which required a muzzle be put on his dog. the dog had been living as the family pet for years, was friendly to all, his little side kick, but he was reluctant to gave a muzzle put on him. So my buddy called this place to ask if they could help, perhaps medication or therapy to ease his ability and get the doggy used to having a muzzle. They told him "no problem," that they could help, that they do this all the time. However, when he got there they called police and animal control, who made... read more
expensive , will try and add every possible and unnecessary test to rack up some chargers... paid over $600 and unable to provide answers for dogs illness
Business response:
Miley, I am sorry that we didn't find the right answers even after trying some tests. It does get expensive when we are trying to figure things out and it is taking multiple tests. I'm so sorry it seems we are doing this to increase bill when truly we would rather just know what is going on with our patients. Mostly I am sorry we didn't find the answers for you. I know that is hard.
**Expect to pay a high price and recieve low customer service** I paid my (almost 600$) bill and left before realizing that his recommended diet wasn't included in his paperwork (Vet said she would). I called no later than 10 min after leaving their office and never recieved a call back. The second time I called the receptionist told me to call back tomorrow since the Vet had already left.... So now I'm stuck googling what to feed my pug(whom has an inflamed GI tract) since I received no help over the phone. I usually doubl... read more

I am terribly sorry they didn't give you the diet prescription. We never want to put you in that spot. We hope to be able to make it up to you in future visits.
Take little more care with pet - they are loved ones by us. Been trying to find out who the CEO is of this place and hard to get that info. Who is it and where are they located?

I had two siamese mix cats. After 6 weeks of treatment at HSNT in Fort Worth, my female passed away from her cancer on 4/10. Later that evening, my male began throwing up/diarrhea and refusing food. I called I-20 medical center the next morning (Saturday), and told them I wanted to bring him in as a precaution, and told them the whole story about the other cat since I know grief can be a factor. I did request blood work as a precaution. That was my choice. Due to Covid-19, they take the animals in while you wait in the ... read more
Business response:
I'm really sorry you had an upsetting time with us. We all hope your kitty is doing well and has found a healthy way to grieve the loss of his friend. It is so obviously upsetting to them and we cannot effectively communicate with them so it leaves us all at a loss. I see so much to address here and we care for each patient and their family. We do tend to jump on a cat not eating or urinating rather aggressively as that can go so bad so fast. I'm sorry it must seem we tried everything. Your baby was clearly not feeling... read more
This place is a joke. Need training on how to handle animals and on customer service.
Business response:
Sara, I am so sorry we could not resolve your concerns. We were doing our best to care for our patients in the midst of computer issues. I think our biggest problem here was getting records from your vet coordinated with ours. Nothing of it was your doing and I am so sorry we were not able to take care of you like we should. We hope you are enjoying your new home and everyone is doing well. Again I am sorry were let you down.
