**Expect to pay a high price and recieve low customer service** I paid my (almost 600$) bill and left before realizing that his recommended diet wasn't included in his paperwork (Vet said she would). I called no later than 10 min after leaving their office and never recieved a call back. The second time I called the receptionist told me to call back tomorrow since the Vet had already left.... I had two siamese mix cats. After 6 weeks of treatment at HSNT in Fort Worth, my female passed away from her cancer on 4/10. Later that evening, my male began throwing up/diarrhea and refusing food. I called I-20 medical center the next morning (Saturday), and told them I wanted to bring him in as a precaution, and told them the whole story about the other cat since I know grief can be a factor. This place is a joke. Need training on how to handle animals and on customer service.
We called to verify they could care for a guinea pig and they said yes. We arrived, waited about 45 minutes, and saw the nurse who said she’d be back with the veterinarian in a minute. After a few more minutes the nurse came back and said neither of the veterinarians there felt comfortable treating a guinea pig. I pointed out that we called first and verified that they could in fact treat the guinea pig and she said yes, she knew we had called and mentioned that to the vets, but they didn’t feel comfortable. Upon dropping Aggro off for boarding, I was told that he needed his rabies vaccine. I told the lady he already had it last year and that I brought Aggro to your clinic in October specifically for the purpose of making sure he had everything he needed to board at your facility in December. I handed a card to your staff at that appointment and gave you the information of his previous vet. Your staff failed to record the rabies vaccine during that visit.
