Get directionsI have not ever been to a place where their receptionist are so unprofessional and rude very nasty attitudes. I will never spend one more dollar in this trashy place, can't believe this place is still able to run a business.

Naomi, my apologies. This is truly a disappointment on so many levels. We try so hard to get customer service right. Like it was when we were kids. Not just acceptable but incredible. We are always on the watching for ways to improve and have a customer service specialist and a consulting service reviewing phone calls and such. We hope we have improved but are terribly sorry for your bad moment. Thank you for the input as we have been working for improvement the last several months.
Do not take you're pet to this place . All they care about is money ! 98 dollars just to see the doctor and that does not go on the final bill .

These people do not care about your pet. My kitten was showing serious signs of some sort of illness. I rushed her in. They took her to the back and the whole time I was thinking they were assisting her.. just to find out an hour later they hadn't done anything except lay her on a heating pad. She died 10 minutes later. Do your research I wish I had googled their reviews. They were unable to provide me with any information about what was going on.
The blonde short chubby lady with tattoos the Dr asst is in the wrong profession. This is my second encounter with her during emergency hours. She has NO COMPASION FOR WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH. She smiles but it's not genuine. It's like when she brings you the quote if 2000.00 she is smiling..she handled my sick cat like he was a piece of trash. Our beloved cat Sasha of 11 years was having urinating problems beginning the Mother’s Day weekend on Saturday. He was completely blocked that weekend and we had no choice but to take him to this veterinarian hospital to try to save him as nothing nearby was open. Being a holiday, the only clinic available was the I-20 clinic in Western Arlington. What a mistake was this place! RecommendedLove the people and the docs.. the only complain I have is that the rooms needs to be cleaned after each visit, the floor and chairs are full of hairs.. I don't want my puppy walking around licking other dogs or cats hairs and I went home covered in hairs as well from the chairs being completely covered
