I was disapointed in the Tech that assisted Dr Kraft. Untidy, sneezing, coughing nasal congestion and talked to much about being a tech for so many years..Let the Doc do all the talking ..im 70 yrs old and felt disrespected that she kept calling me dear, hun etc....i have a name snotty nose little girl !!!

I am so sorry. I understand the differences in generations and what they find to be good etiquette. Sometimes people appreciate her talking and sometimes its an annoyance. Reading people and how they want to communicate is a necessary talent few people have. Your one star rating is disappointing to all our staff. They try so hard to give excellent care and are always compassionate. Its so sad that one young persons attempts at customer service and her obvious failure has hurt the reputation of our senior staff as well... read more
The boarding here is a joke. I picked up my dog with scratches on the neck, bleeding toes, cuts on the leg. She was pooping blood and they said nothing was wrong... she was a hyper dog but is different now.

i wish i could give you my honest opinion about their Veterinarian but didn't even touched my dogs after a 1:10 wait, even tho i had an appointment.

I hate it here. Heartless Jerks! I took 2 of my babies here around April/May 2015, my GSD and my Pom. My GSD was diagnosed with parvo and they gave me only two options, either pay almost 3 thousand dollars for treatments for only 2 days (and it would have been more $$$ if he needed more treatments/days )or let him go and that was about $500. I applied for a credit card that they offer there and was denied. And then they told me i only had until morning to decide what i wanted to do. So, i went back home around 10pm and got ... read more

This is the worst play to take your pet. I agree with the other people this hospital only cares about money. Most or all the Drs and employees are rude and if you question them they raise the price and will lie to your face. DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.
