We called to verify they could care for a guinea pig and they said yes. We arrived, waited about 45 minutes, and saw the nurse who said she’d be back with the veterinarian in a minute. After a few more minutes the nurse came back and said neither of the veterinarians there felt comfortable treating a guinea pig. I pointed out that we called first and verified that they could in fact treat the guinea pig and she said yes, she knew we had called and mentioned that to the vets, but they didn’t feel comfortable. Upon dropping Aggro off for boarding, I was told that he needed his rabies vaccine. I told the lady he already had it last year and that I brought Aggro to your clinic in October specifically for the purpose of making sure he had everything he needed to board at your facility in December. I handed a card to your staff at that appointment and gave you the information of his previous vet. Your staff failed to record the rabies vaccine during that visit. I too my baby to the emergency room on Christmas eve and it was great after $500 later. I got a call from a guy to check on Gucci and said if I see that he's not getting better are any changes bring him back so friday night my daughter noticed a blister by his penis that wasn't there before I took him in Christmas eve. I had to drain his bladder and flush it that day. I took him back yesterday which is Saturday and they wanted to do another x-ray after he already had one done and charged me to check him out after it hadn't ... read more

We’ve brought our dogs here twice. The second time was in October for a week. One of my dogs had severe pancreatitis that requires her to have special food. When I brought my dogs to I20 I had notified the receptionist and explained how important it is for my dog to have the correct food. When we picked them up we asked how they ate, they told us they ate great. I packed 28 baggies of food for them. I got 20 bags back. I was told if they didn’t eat their breakfast they would throw it away and give the fresh food for dinner. ... read more

I have been here many times and every time they save my dogs when I am so sure I will lose them forever--- I am sure one day I will have to let my babies go but I will know they have had the best care and the best chance they could have when I take them to I20 Animal Medical Center- so I am never bothered that I have to pay for this care - I've been on holidays and at 3 in the morning and they are always there and always so kind and hard working. Sunday before Labor Day my dachshund had a herniated disc and was paralyzed in his hind legs. Took him here and they assessed the situation. They made a call to a surgeon and within the hour we were there for back surgery. He is still recovering, but have high hopes he will be fine because his problem was handled so fast.

I have not ever been to a place where their receptionist are so unprofessional and rude very nasty attitudes. I will never spend one more dollar in this trashy place, can't believe this place is still able to run a business.

Naomi, my apologies. This is truly a disappointment on so many levels. We try so hard to get customer service right. Like it was when we were kids. Not just acceptable but incredible. We are always on the watching for ways to improve and have a customer service specialist and a consulting service reviewing phone calls and such. We hope we have improved but are terribly sorry for your bad moment. Thank you for the input as we have been working for improvement the last several months.
