Art explains the concepts and techniques in a detailed and a simple way. The classes were interactive, fun and informative at the same time. I enjoyed my learning process and cracked the exam in the first attempt! I would definitely recommend this school for anyone looking to get their realtor license.

I attended accelerated real estate broker online course. Thanks to Art’s excellent tutoring skills and his endless knowledge on the subject that I passed my State exam within 7-10 days of the course completion. Art was a fantastic teacher. He made the material easy to understand, even the prerecorded videos from the online self-paced portion I found to be engaging. I was able pass the test on the first try and couldn’t have done it without his teachings! I am so happy I chose I love real estate school!
The class was fun, the instructor art gave real life examples of terms, lessons and concepts that allowed us to remember them better. I passed on the first attempt at state and national testing and I felt nervous but prepared. Beth is a great support and timely with assistance with the administrative tasks. I may become a managing broker at some point and I’ll definitely go to I love real estate school to become prepared.
