I signed up to take my Pre-license Accelerated Real Estate Broker with I Love Real Estate School per the recommendation of one of my peers and it was the best decision! Art was engaging, funny, informative and knowledgeable. The course was fast paced, and you learn a ton of information in a very short time; but Art made sure to give us tips & tricks to remember certain topics more easily. I'm so thankful to Art and Beth for putting this course together! despite having to wait 4 months to take the exam because of COVID Cancellations, I still retained the knowledge and passed on my first try!
This school is the only school you should ever have think about going to. I tried 3 different schools and I wish I would have came here first. Art is the instructor and he is the best. He’s a comedian and a teacher. He really knows how to connect you with the information he is teaching. Art keeps you really engaged and makes it stick. I passed the exam on my first try. I passed the state and national exam on the FIRST TRY! I purchased the study at home webinar access through I love Real Estate School in August of 2019. When I first enrolled the timing immediately following wasn't right for personal reasons. Having the webinar class access allowed the flexibility to modify my schooling easily. Once I was fully able to commit to completing the work, I was able to wrap it up within 1 months time using evenings and weekends all while working full time. I attended the Livestream accelerated class and although there is a lot of information that is provided, Art Bettuzzi made the class fun and interesting. He provided easy to remember tips for a lot of the information. I passed the state exam on the first try!! I would definitely recommend the I Love Real Estate School and Art to anyone looking to get into real estate.
I can't' say enough about I Love Real Estate School and Art Betuzzi . Art is a great instructor. He makes learning what can be somewhat difficult and dry material into an engaging and downright enjoyable experience. He inspires confidence when he reassures that everyone will pass and what's more is he stands behind his words. The Best Instructed EVER!!!! This class and teaching of Art Bettuzzi was everything and more! Definitely not what I had expected.
I was nervous taking a real estate class from home, but Art made the material engaging and memorable! I would highly recommend I Love Real Estate School if you want to pass the test. They give you all the tools you need to be successful and they share stories to help information stick. The course content was relevant and helped me focus on the right things to study.
