RecommendedThe I Love Real Estate School provided the online real estate course that I absolutely needed. The instructor, Art was very knowledgable and present with answering questions and explaining terms. He used humor along with stories of his experience to help bring many of the concepts to life. This was very helpful, as the material and quizzes can be overwhelming, he brought them to life.

I took the 2 week accelerated course which was from 9-5pm and the teacher was so great that it didn’t even seem like class was long and he makes learning fun and catchy so you learn everything and understand it 100%!! This was a fast paced class, but Art truly helps you focus on the information that will help you pass the National and State Exams. His real life experience, candor and his sense of humor makes the time time fly by. I took the accelerated course. It was very fast paced so be extra careful to give it your total undivided attention. I do feel like I was taught what was needed to pass the state test. I’m giving 4 stars because in areas where I struggled on the state test, I reached out to Art through text. I only received assistance as to what chapters to study by topic line from the exam.
