His rigorous drive to see success in his students is on full display throughout the entire course. Art and his wife clearly work tirelessly to help their students and his high success rate is no surprise at all.
I HIGHLY recommend this great school if you are serious about getting into a real estate career and want to pass your exam. Art Bettuzzi kept our class engaged, interested through his story telling (and you will remember answers to questions during the state exam) and he made class fun. I am so lucky I was referred to ‘I Love Real Estate School’ as I can’t imagine getting through the course with anyone other than Art & his wife Beth! It was a tough, intensive course that is a lot to get through in 8 days. However, thanks to Art’s exceptional wisdom, real estate experience, and easy teaching manner, I passed the state exam on the first try! Art Bettuzzi was a phenomenal instructor. Very engaging with tons of real world experiences to correlate to the lessons. I passed my exam on my first time taking the exam!
