RecommendedI highly recommend this program. You can’t beat the price. I took the virtual class and thoroughly enjoyed it. The eight weeks were packed with lots of information and I felt prepared for the exams. I passed the first time I took the exam. Highly recommend it!

This class was really helpful. I took the 90 hour class at my leisure in the 3rd & 4th quarter last year. Passed the state and national exam in early January and I just sold my 2nd house on Sunday. 3 total transactions so far. Thanks Art. Kevin O’Connor
I would definitely recommend this school to anyone that wants a good shot at passing the state exam! Art is a great teacher and one thing is for sure! you don't get bored in Art's Class!!!!

In less than 3 weeks I successfully went from zero to a real estate broker. Art is an amazing instructor and knows his sh*t. His sense of humor made coming to class for 8 hours a day ZOOM by. I HIGHLY recommend taking classes with Art!

I absolutely loved the zoom classes. The instructor, Art, is very knowledgeable and his real life experiences and discussions in class makes each topic easy to understand and remember. I was able to pass my exam on the first try. Art is always available for any help and really cares that you succeed. I am glad that I found this class.
