I spent a lot of time researching schools and eventually decided on ILRES. They deserve all the praise! The school itself was very responsive to all the questions I had prior to signing up and efficient in getting me all that I need after I passed my exam. Art is one of the best instructors I have had, including my college years! Art's attention to you as a student is amazing, classes are fun and interesting, never a dull moment even the night classes after a full days work! There is no better school in Chicago. Art is an excellent teacher. You are guaranteed to pass the state exam. Do not waste your time anywhere else.

I absolutely loved the I Love Real Estate School’s accelerated course!!! The school is great and prepares you for the exam with the great teaching and support of the teachers. Lou was my teacher and she was great in terms of teaching and support for passing the exam. I highly recommend this school if you want to get your real estate license.
