I just completed my Real Estate course on Thursday, 4/21. I have to say, going in, I thought it was going to be somewhat tedious being there for 4 hours two days a week, for 7 weeks. Art Betuzzi, our instructor, was incredible. His style of teaching and interaction with the other students made it a very enjoyable class. His methods must work because I passed the exam on 4/27. If you are ever interested in getting into this business, I would highly recommend "I Love Real Estate School" for your pre-license courses.

Art is an exceptional instructor!! He keeps topics fun and interesting... And you learn stuff too! It was an exellent experience to be part of his class and I passed my exam feeling well prepared.
Art was one of the best teachers I every had. He takes time with his students to help them understand. He gives scenarios for you to visualize the material. His sense of humor will keep you alert. Art was an awesome instructor. I made a major career change and the thought of going back to school after 20 years was pretty scary, especially since everyone told me how hard it was. Art made me comfortable sitting in the class and taught in such an easy manner that it made my class a breeze! I passed my final in the class and my state exam on the first try.
