It's a redundancy, but I truly LOVED, LOVED, LOVED, this school. Art is extremely knowledgable and generous with his knowledge, not only you learn what you need to PASS THE TEST THE VERY FIRST TIME YOU TAKE IT, but also a ton of things about the real estate industry. The classes were FUN. Even the dreaded math night. Art is an excellent teacher and a very funny guy! Thanks Art so much. You made getting this license a breeze!
I loved going to class each week. Art was very knowledgeable and was able to bring real world examples to class which helped us understand the concepts. He taught us what we needed to know and his helpful hints stayed with me while taking the test. If you want an encouraging teacher who makes sure you know your stuff... come to Art. He is awesome.
Art is a great teacher. I honestly can't say enough nice things about him. The class was fun I enjoyed being there. Art teaches you exactly what you need to know to pass the test. Thanks Art!!!
I can not say enough amazing things about Art and his way of teaching. He made class fun and explained things in a way that you could understand everything. I am not a self study kind of a person and I am a terrible test taker. I passed the licensing exam on the 1st try! Thank you so much!!!!
