Art is hands-down the best real estate instructor I've ever had. I first ran into him during my post licensing class(already an RE Agent) He has a way of explaining Concepts so that everybody can understand. Sometimes the class discussion goes off into tangents/hypotheticals but Art is always quick to put us back on track. I took my managing Brokers class with him and plan on coming back from many more certifications. It was the experience of my Life. In my upper 50's reinventing my Sales Career. I give a big GRACIAS! to My mentor Art Bertucci who never gave up on me or made me feel I was past my time for progressing or learning. Once again thank you Art could not have done it without your direction, instruction and patience.
Art really made this class fun with his stories and incorporating terms within them. That really made it very easy to remember everything. As I was taking the exam and contemplating the answers, I would see art in my head saying 'nay nay' or 'yes gaga'. He really made this test easy.
Art is the best. Starting from the way he teaches the class to boosting your confidence. I recommend him 1000% I passed on my first try. He explained everything to us in a way you could remember during the test! Thanks Art, I couldn't have done it with out you!
