RecommendedBy far the funniest and smartest teachers, I had the pleasure of learning from. I would recommend taking his course should you desire to obtain the real estate licensing required. Art is also flexible guy who is willing to help whenever there is a topic that one may struggle with. The class times are convenient as well.

When it came time for my 5th and final child to head off to kindergarten, I made a promise to myself that I'd give the old "What I wanted to be when I grew up" an honest try. I looked into several different schools and after reading the many great reviews for I Love Real Estate School, I was eager to give it a go. Art is by far the most entertaining teacher you will ever meet! He is fun and engaging, yet professional and direct. He made learning easy... I couldn't wait to come to class. He even allowed me to bring food - kinda important when you are coming from work and have no time to snack prior to class. Needless to say, I attended the evening class from 6-10pm. Art was an amazing instructor and knew exactly what we needed to know to pass the state exam, and more importantly his style of teaching kept the class interactive and helped us understand the industry as a whole.
Taking an intensive course can be intimidating. HOWEVER, Art's class was incredibly clear, easy to understand, interactive, & Fun!
