The Terra Group, Ciso Contreras and Ruth Contreras- DiDiana had the distinct pleasure of getting our education for our brokers license at this wonderful school. Art (the instructor) was hands on and truly believes in his students.
Art is hands-down the best real estate instructor I've ever had. I first ran into him during my post licensing class(already an RE Agent) He has a way of explaining Concepts so that everybody can understand. Sometimes the class discussion goes off into tangents/hypotheticals but Art is always quick to put us back on track. I took my managing Brokers class with him and plan on coming back from many more certifications. Art was recommended by two of my close friends who had previously taken the course held at I Love Real Estate School. As of today, all three of us have passed the exam and are kick starting our careers in the Real Estate field. Those results alone shows how passionate Art is about his teaching and his students.
