RecommendedArt was an amazing instructor and knew exactly what we needed to know to pass the state exam, and more importantly his style of teaching kept the class interactive and helped us understand the industry as a whole.
Taking an intensive course can be intimidating. HOWEVER, Art's class was incredibly clear, easy to understand, interactive, & Fun! Art was fantastic absolutely love him.. His YESS GAGA is hilarious!!! The information and how Art presenting it was great I thought I was going to hate sitting for 4 hours but no the time was well spend! I passed my exam thanks to Art and I love real estate!!

There mot enough great things i could say about this class!! Art was great he knowa so much and i really appreciate how he shares what he knows with so many people:)! The information you need to learn is not always exciting...but it Arts class he made it so fun and easy to understand . i recommend this class to anyone who is looking to take and pass the exam you will not be disappointed!
