This is by far the best Real Estate Scool!
At first I contemplated taking a slow and steady, cheaper, online course, however decided I was going to go all in with the 8 day, accelerated class! Within 2 weeks I had finished my 90 hour required class and passed my exam on the FIRST try!! Instructor, Art Bertuzzi, is an AMAZING teacher! Art makes the accelerated class fun and you receive so much knowledge in such a short time. He is AMAZING!! The interaction helps you learn in a classroom of all different walks of life. You meet great people you become friends. Some have study groups they like to put together. Everyone works for same goal to PASS!! STATE. Excellent instruction provided by Art Bettuzzi who is also a licensed real estate agent. I was evaluating other classes and was surprised to find out some of the instructors were never real estate agents themselves. Did the 8 day accelerated class, passed the state and national exam a week later, first time attempt. Art teaches you everything you need to know to pass the exam. He actually guarantees you to pass. Class was fun, never a dull moment and if you have to miss, he makes sure you have the online lectures, so you don’t miss a beat!!!

I took the accelerated class with Art and it was tough but you are given the tools, information and confidence needed to pass your Licensing Exam. Art has a way of making the long day seem short.
