Screen freezes a lot when l have the app open and it won't let me do anything.

App is garbage and has been for over a year. Cant access account info, it asks for temporary password 24/7. Great bank, sh*** app. EDIT: Its good now, many updates later.

I hate having to put in my password over and over or having to change it so many times because you say it doesn't match when i put it in so slow. Or have to keep putting in another phone name or pin #.

I love my bank but their mobile service is ridiculous I can't tell you how many times I've had to delete it and bring it back only to have to do it again this evening and not be able to get into it.

I have tried this app over the years, it has been so hit and miss it is rediculous. I rarely get the mobile deposit to work. My other financial institution's apps work 99% of the time. It's time to step it up and fix this app or remove "mobile banking" from your list of perks!
