Password screen glitches and flashes. I have a brain injury and this flashing causes me to get very sick and vomit. I can not even get logged in most days.

it is not letting me log into my account

Everytime I open the app, it force closes. So I close it and start over. That's been going on since December 2018 when I got my new phone. Now I can't even use the fingerprint sign in. Everytime I select it, the app force closes over and over again.

so app use to work great now i can't even login. i have contacted iccu support multiple times and was given different answers everytime. i was told i have to wipe my phone and redownload the app. um no. i have too much to do that with. Was also told i can't get help unless im logged in which i can't do. love the bank hate the app. if you have an android phone good luck with the app.

It's great when it works...It started crashing upon start up regularly but worked fine after relaunching but now it keeps crashing. I stupidly updated it again and now it won't work at all. This isn't to mention the weekly maintenance that doesn't allow me to log in online/app

don't work, crashed upon launch. called ICCU and they've patched it, but now can't get in as it is forcing facial recognition and I use fingerprints.
