Too many problems. Should have stayed with Wells Fargo.
Utter failure
I downloaded it and it worked fine. Then lately it hasn't been accepting any checks i take pictures of. We are in a dire financial situation and we need the money deposited. I'm so not happy with any of this. It wouldn't even work online. I'm thinking of switching banks because this is horrible.
Still Freezes. Takes a couple minutes to open and constantly times out when trying to log in. This has been going on with multiple phones since iccu changed their app without notification
With one click the app double charged my payment on a car loan!!! Will fix rating when that is no longer a problem

On top of not being able to open the app and the constant shutting down; when you do finally get in briefly you cannot read or find what you need because there is too much on each page making everthing very small. PLEASE bring back the app that works. It was very user friendly.
It worked great at frist and then it just stopped and I can't even get in to it at all.
Everytime I try to login there is an error that happens so I can't use the app.
