The app used to work fine. Does no longer work on my old phone or something. Guess I don't make enough money to support the app.
I tried to set up my pin 5 times and eveytime an error occured. I can't transfer money from the app.
Can't ever get logged in. Reset passwords and they still won't let me login. This is security theatre, no substance.
After login screen goes white and then tells me that the app has stopped. Been doing this for a couple months. I just uninstalled it, going to reinstall to see if it helps
This app is SLOW, bulky, not user friendly, and it took away cross customer transfers. Poor business decision on their part.
It take too long to log in and glitches to the pin access. Also that doesnt work, tried it on other peoples phone to see it wasnt my phone and the same .... i miss the old one much more simpler although the saveing and budgeting is good .... if it worked
Took too long to loaded. Lock up very frequently
Goes to open then closes and says close or report
Error encountered not allowing me to access anything but accounts. Unistalled old app and this app. Reinstalled and now works.
