Goes down frequently. What's the point of an app if it hangs 30% of the time?
I have no idea what went wrong with this app, oh wait I do the ui is not user friendly and is archaic when it was working, transferring funds is longer and more tedious then the old app, and now it no longer even works it started with an error unable to open message, and I could not even log in, but now it wont even open to the log in screen. Please fix this app iccu, I loved how convenient your old app was and this "upgrade" is a letdown. I do not recommend this app at all
I have never been so frustrated. In tears more than once because i have had to unistall and reinstall this app because it won't take my password. It doesn't recognize my devices no one is there to help when u need them and its complete s!$@. I hate it so much i cant believe this. I just reset it and wrote everything down yesterday and it locked me out again. Im DONE. Keep your crap. I'm finding another credit union!
Not supported any longer
Says my Android server is outdated. I have a new phone that is fully updated. Won't even launch app
I can see my balance that's why I gave it 2 stars but other than that I can't do nothing. I can't even log off or transfer money. When the new app came out I thought it was really nice but a couple months after it been giving me error log Everytime I log in. It sucks.
Used to wrk great till update. Now cant get it to open any browser . Very irritating
As of this weekend, I can't use this app because I have an older version of android. Seriously ICCU?! How disappointing.
Used to be a great app. I could quickly do a transfer. Now it only allows me to check my balances. The option to go to the full site is complicated and I've not been able to do any mobile banking since the update. Couldn't be a more frustrating app. Uninstalling.
