My android software too old apparently. App will not work on my phone. Android 4.1. Iccu going to buy me a new phone?
login it takes forever. Quick login, loading account information, just the whole app is slow regardless if you are connected to wifi or using 4g data....slow slow slow. Thanks....this app is almost usless. Might as well delet the app and never use it again. And use computer login only.
Recently stopped working since their last update. My phone uses Android 4.3. iccu app now requires 4.4 or above. Tried installing it again on 10/12/16. Still doesn't work. ICCU must not be in a hurry to fix the issue.
**Factory reset since then still broken. Are they going to fix this?** Since last app update, app crashes immediately after logging in.
I loved this app prior to update. As a BlackBerry user that can run android apps. The changes to the security side of the OS shut down my use of this app. Poor testing prior to release. App will not function. Haven't found a way to get it to work again. It would be nice if you would contact me to discuss this. The security problem is in the app itself. It's the imbeded security in the app. Previous version worked perfectly.
This ap worked great when I first downloaded it but now it keeps opening up and telling me there are errors and to come back later. I can't make mobile deposits with it, or view my accounts in real time which has resulted in overdrafts. Very frustrated.
I keep getting an error message that says there has been an error. I have to drive to the bank to then deposit my check. Used to work good, but update destroyed it.
I can't stand this app. It is SO SLOW. Please fix it or bring back the old app!!
