Crash and burn
Never had one single issue with this app until the past 2 weeks. I can't get in to it at all. When I click the app it opens then immediately shuts down and says ICCU has stopped working. I have uninstalled and installed then it works for a couple hours then no more.
Used to work fine. Now crashes constantly. 😞
I've used this app for a while and never had a problem. Now it keeps crashing when I try to log on. I have to reinstall it when I need to use it. It will work that first time only. I use this app to pay my bills. Fix it ASAP!
For the last few days the app has been kicking me out to my home page and a box will pop up that says, "unfortunately, this app has stopped" I haven't added anything new to my phone so I'm not sure why it is all of a sudden acting up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it doesn't seem to help... Please fix it!!!!
Really need to pay bills and check balance, but it just isn't working. I can't get past the username screen. Used to work fine
Loved until latest update. I have to "uninstall app'' then reinstall just to get into my account. I feel you should pay me for a NEWER phone or fix the problem.
App is good when it works. Have to re install it wverytime I use it.
I can never make mobile transfers or deposits...kind of a waste for me if I can't do that!
