Doesnt show latest transactions very upsetting. For all the people that use it daily and rely on the updated info.

I am out of state GETTING married. Who decides to update an app WITHOUT notice and now how the hell am I suppose to see my account. I'm done when we get back.
The transactions are so far behind. Charges I could see yesterday before the update have disappeared. My account shows a balance of almost $600 yet I have a notice that my account is overdrawn. This app and the new website are horrible!!!

No notice, can't get it installed takes me on a continuous loop into the full site and asks me to set up everything all over again and again and again. I can't check my balances or transfer funds now and I'm not happy! Also, I rcvd an email yesterday telling me the bank reset my email to an old deleted account. When asked where I wanted my temp password sent the only option was to choose this old, deleted account...this is so frustrating and very very unprofessional!!!
The old one work fine this one is slow says my recent transaction arent on there. Don't know why they had to mess with a good thing
People, there was like a month plus of notice. Every load screen, info slide, advertisements , emails galore, I was getting sick of being told changes were coming. The customer service won't say it, but stop whining and rushing through life. Stop, read the screens, the emails, update your notification settings, smell the roses, etc.. 5 star ICCU, add on's are great, modern feel.

New app is stupid, it doesn't show anything recent and you can't search for transactions. Not happy about this.
First you guys force my husband to switch his card with no notification,then to our dismay made transferring from our savings to our checking unable to be used which I can assume is from your transition the new site we had no idea was being made. Then, after downloading this app & having to set everything back up, it doesn't even work properly! I have to login and log back out a couple of times because all I get is a black screen. I've been with you guys for 8 years but feel like I'm not treated like it.
