I recently interacted with an ICCU employee, and i feel i must pass this on. My daughter is attached to my account and had issues with her remote deposit of her paycheck. Meaning I had to cover the check until issue was corrected. In steps ***** Habbbaba. She works at the blue lakes branch in **********, and I fully support her for her run for CEO of customer service. I really wish ********** had more ATMs. Every time i try to do a transaction on the weekend their ATM at both locations is out of order or will not accept cash. Other than that i love ICCU.

ICCU does their best to help people. They have certain regulations and risk factors they have to work in, but they try to do the most they can for people. I've visited a few branches and have always been treated kindly and with good, fast service. The employees always seem to have fun together and to be positive, upbeat, and knowledgeable to the members!
I have loved banking at ICCU. They have been understanding and helpful! I just wish I could deposit my money at the ATMs! I don’t know if they are all the same but the Meridian ones will never accept my cash deposits. I am a waitress and by the time I am off work and need to put money in my account but have no other way than the ATM it’s super frustrating. No matter how much ,or how neatly I insert the bills they spit it back out/:
I have been banking with ICCU for years now, and I am very satisfied with their services. From their customer service, free coin machine, appreciation of customers, and being a credit union..... I couldn't have chosen a better bank! Thank you!

Today we visited the ******** ****, Boise, Idaho branch at the last minute. It was a little after 5:30 PM when we walked into the CU hoping that I could open up a checking account that I had been meaning to do for awhile. Ceasar was the representative that graciously greeted us at his desk and helped me open not only a checking account, but a savings too, a long with an additional savings account they offered that my girlfriend had told me about.
