Indra Energy is contracted with ************ ****** to provide energy services to the Chicago land area. As a senior citizen, I was fraudulently signed up for this service and was charged several months for the service. Once I realized I was signed up for their energy services, I contacted them (on several occasions) to request that they cancel my service. The agent ********* who visited our apartment in ****** ******** lied to us. He misrepresented himself as an employee of ****** saying they are here doing their winter check up and to sign here because the rates are going up and we can lock in a cheaper rate. Never mentioning this was a sales solicitation or retail transaction. This company preys on people and has zero transparency about whats actually going on. Well done Indra, quality employees must be hard to find.

They call numerous times a day without leaving messages, hang up on you when you call back. AWFUL people. When I asked to speak with a manager they placed me on hold for over 5 minutes - terrible people running a terrible company.

I was dis-satisfied with Indra Energy. I started seeing my gas bill go up with Indra, so I cancelled the service. It was stated that it would take two billing cycles to no longer be charged with the services. My last month with them, my gas bill was so very high that I called Washington Gas in DC to get an explanation into why my bill was so high!
