Inframark is the worst HOA company I have ever dealt with. I am selling my house and waiting on Inframark to send over paperwork to the buyers title company so we can close tomorrow. I had to pay $350 so the HOA would send paperwork (that I am able to find on their website) but you are forced to pay the money because the information cannot come directly from the seller. Inframark are incompetent! They lack expertise in almost every area of facilities management and when it comes to their fiduciary responsibility - its anyone's guess. Yes, yesterday I was told if I wanted same-day service, I must pay 175.00 before 2 pm. I paid Inframark $175.OO before 2 pm. As of 11:35, 7/27/ 23, I don't have any water. *** ******* ** *** ********* *** ***** ****** ***if you disagree with them, they jack you around. With all of the complaints, I see why there are so many and you can bet for every complaint, there are 20 or so people who take the abuse and do nothing; it is now 11:46, and I don't have any water! This is a complaint, not a review.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are very unprofessional. After 20mins on hold it phone call ended. When someone called back about 10mins later, I answered three times and they stayed quiet and hung up the phone. I called back about the letter I received in the mail of grass/weeds in my driveway and the picture they provided in the letter was zoomed in to show a small amount of green in the driveway. I am really tired of this company. I have been going back and forth with them for 8 weeks for my deposit back. They keep giving me the run around every time I call. I have waited over the 8 weeks that they say they need to process it and to the point that I want to take legal matters. I have never missed a payment or have never been late so,for them to treat a hard working person like so doesn't make sense.

I’m so sick of this company I could scream. First I pay my bill didn’t know I needed to call in and confirm my payment. Water disconnected next day after payment charged 175 to reconnect. Then I get a notice to pay a specific amount which I pay it and then all of a sudden here’s a new past due charge. It explains on the bill no partial payments. Very poor billing management and double charging since it is the water supplier there is no resolution,
I genuinely feel for the staff who have to meet with customer service demands that are not always presented well or with courtesy by community members. I have also seen that the company has an incredibly high turnover rate - at least four people have switched out of the role in the last year, year and a half. However, most recently the staff in the office have begun to reply to community member questions with abrasive and rude comments "Thank you for telling me how to do my job" and have begun replying to a community members... read more
