We are writing to file a complaint against Inframark Management regarding their handling of deed restriction violations and their excessive and unreasonable demands placed on homeowners in the ******** **** ******** **********Over the past few months, we have encountered multiple instances where Inframark has issued warnings and notices for alleged violations that we believe are not justified. During the time that the listed homeowner has lived in our community, they have only received notices regarding the same two violations of ******** **** ******** *********standards. As shown in the attached photographs, we do not believe that the listed warnings about observed violations are either excessive or unreasonable. Violation #1. The homeowner’s mailbox is not installed correctly and currently leans in two different directions. The mailbox leans towards the road, while it also leans towards their driveway. They are horrible. Charge extra for debit card payments. Can't make payments online and the website they recommend on their phone line while holding for an insanely long amount of time shows that hackers will *****you information. I just want to pay my bill but have to take off work to stand in a more ridiculously long line to do so.

this company is double bill their customers. my water was cut off because i paid my past due bill which was due on the 7th i called and told that the payment will not be paid until the 24th in which it was. but the service was interrupted because i didn’t pay my next months will which was not due until the 7th of next month. after paying my past due bill they wanted me to pay with it a reconnection fee and my next months bill. this is unacceptable and this needs to be addressed. customers are trying to make ends meet everyda... read more

Unfortunately, without the address, I wasn't able to locate your particular account. In general, once the district begins the delinquent process and a minimum payment isn't received by 5:00pm on the due date of the delinquent letter and/or a call isn't received for the payment to be verified, the account is disconnected. Once the service is disconnected, the district's rate order requires that we collect all ... read more

I would give Inframark a zero if I could. This company excessively changes for water use at newly built residence I own and no one lives in 10 months out of the year. My neighbors have complained also and Kaufman County ***** and the ******************** ***** do nothing. I have tried to address this with Inframark on several occasions and nothing is done. What can be done to stop these excessive charges?

I keep receiving HOA violation letters under my name and my address, when the violation showing on the letter is related to my neighbor across my house. I have communicated this to you on 03/08/2022 when you first sent me a violation letter, but now on 11/29/23 you are sending another violation letter showing me again pictures related to my neighbor's house. I have never been so disappointed in a management company as I have been in this particular company. A management company should remain unbiased and look out of the community at large. Margie Naranjo put our door hangers only on specific doors in our neighborhood telling them to vote one particular way (for what the board members want) and also providing false information and scare tactics.
