They are a JOKE. Violates a property owners security by taking photos of home without owner approval. I will be making a complaint with constables office. Threaten to fine homeowners because any part of their lawn is browing in the hottest June/July heat we have ever had and when residents are asked to conserve water. Threaten to fine HO because special pickup items are place out at end of driveway the day BEFORE scheduled pickup. As I stated, they are a JOKE and ALL HOA's should pull their business from them.

The Inframark water company is a shame for Seven Meadow, Cinco Ranch, Katy, and Fort Bend County. It has too many absurd hidden fees and overcharges. Their billing policy is not reasonable or not transparent at all. Their monthly bill is the most expensive (at least three times more) I have ever seen in my dozens of years in many states in the United States. This company is not worth this one star that is required to leave with this review. I have gone back and forth with this company since 2017 about the sinking trip hazard in the front of my home, that I have recently learned is the cause of seeping water and corrosion form a pipe that had a slow leak that became a larger leak over the years and was leaking and causing all kinds of havoc, unsettling and dips under the ground on the side that inframark is responsible for. I was verbally assaulted and threatened by an employee. I went to file a compliant they did nothing but address my concerns on the exterior of my place which they did a bad job on purpose. Have been trying to reach someone to file a complaint for weeks now. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

I am so mad at this company, and this is the only place I could find to leave a review. The company made it clear they didn't care about my/their issue. The credit card I used for autopay was stolen, I got a new one and updated all of my autopay accounts, including this one. Apparently my bill in January '21 did not get paid for some reason. The only reason I know that is because they MAILED me a letter a month later in February about it, but that letter was about the February bill. Something’s fishy about this company! The first bill I got was almost $400. I am hardly home so it did not make any sense. Today, I got a letter in the mail saying my account is delinquent. I have paid every bill on time. The rep on the phone tells me I owe $6. I literally log into my online account and pay off the bill before the due date every month so I don’t know where the $6 came from. I have never in my life have had such difficulty dealing with a utility company. I started service online and have been patiently waiting for my bill. A month and a half passes so I called customer service asking what is going on with my account. Well, this is where customer service really showed their true colors. This water company is a joke. I received a very high water bill TWO times now I have been told by a representative for Inframark that the meter reader did not read my meter. They also said they fired him. EVERY SINGLE MONTH I dread opening this bill wondering what mess up they have done now. Last month (April) they lost my check. My bill is normally $110ish.
