This place just sucks all the way around! Poor staff and very unprofessional! Covid testing is just that lets not take up Urgent Care patient spots who are really sick and have symptoms for "OMG I wonder if I am positive cause my coworkers friends mother's aunt is and I saw them a month ago so maybe I can get OFF work for 10 days!" Hate what our health care world has turned into it's like living in a 3rd world country!!

I called ahead to have my daughter seen, I made an appointment and was only told it was a first come first serve basis but could MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, so I did. I get there, check in and wait over 30 minutes. I then ask about the confusion I had and was told only online appointments were taken first then the list I was added to comes next. I was NEVER told this. I could not get my daughter into her primary, and then waited around all day to come here only to wait with a 3 year old feeling ill. I am very unhappy with this clinic. I walked is asked to be seen she said no by appointment only. We called 20 mins prior and they did not tell us that. Then they said you can be seen tomorrow and it was on a first come first serve basis. The time was a hour and a fifteen minutes before they closed and they had two others in the waiting room. Which is it. No you must make an appointment or you can be seen tomorrow on a first come first serve basis. Wait I thought they weren’t taking walk ins. I feel as if it was due to them ... read more

charging people for covid test is bs. you all are just money hungry and don't care about your patients. I'll suffer or even die before I go back cause thats what you'll do If I don't have any money. worst urgent care I've ever been to

Front desk is not friendly at all, they speak over you and make you feel like you are bothering them. The one in cove is great though they just don’t do covid tests there.

I went for a Covid 19 test. I asked the front person if I was covered on Medicare. She took my card, ran my information and then told me to go back there with the doctor. The test was done. Tell me why almost six months later, I am being billed for 200.00 dollars????? Nope, I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

The Dr who treated my husband on a work injury released him with out even looking at his injury he had about 4 visits he thought he twisted his ankle and thats how they treated it but it in fact is much more. The Dr claim workers comp will not cover anything except physical therapy. He should have the integrity to go against workers comp and treat the injury for what it is. I do not recommend this place if you need anything run from this place

Covid instructions/ guidelines are not being followed from my understanding. Very disturbed about case that have been positive, yet has a work release note to go back to work was given by your office. And a negative case where that person was exposed by the one testing positive and told him he could return to work. Very confused. Either the patient is lying, ( I have the work release form, from Urgent Care) or the Health Department is going to be notified about this.

I left a review just to Integrity hoping they would make things right but all I got was a call asking how serious my symptoms were. I went to integrity before for a small issue and they were great so I would suggest this urgent care for a small issue but anything else go to a real doctor. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes the doctor ran over my symptoms and prescribed me cough medicine and anti nausea. Well I ended up having a very very sever illness and if I would have gotten proper help I would be okay. But now I hav... read more
