I've been going tow wynn urgent Care 4 years I will never go back again had the worst service ever
The doctor was great
It was ok.. I rarely see this dr, because she prefers I see the specialist for each of my ailments. Finally went in for my annual and literally days later came down with Covid..
Prompt and organized. Would recommend.
Was in the exam room before I could finish filling out my paperwork. Waited a long time in the exam room. Xray was ordered and taken right away in the same building.
Waited for an hour to get a Covid test.

I was called on Tuesday and told I tested negative for covid. The next day I received another call and they stated I had tested positive. I advised them I had returned to work due to their previous call from the day before stating I was negative. I was then placed on a brief hold and told I was correct. He stated someone mixed my results with the positives and that’s why he called me but that I was in fact negative. The office I go to on Ft Apache pawned me off to the Wynn office. This Dr Tom was so concerned and helpful with so much insight to my condition. I need to contact Humana and change my current Office, as they are in such a hurry to do nothing. Thankyou again Dr Tom.
