The Dr would not do a kidney X-ray. Now I have to go to Desert Radiology to get it.
I waited a long time to get tested.
I arrived at 12:30 pm did not leave til 3:30 pm. They only had 1 doctor on duty

What does having an ear infection have to do with the flu or covid? Ist we allready sign the application we knew that we are ist timer. But they are mean instead of explaining with right attitude they are mad supposed to be we sre 4 of the family that need to be tested but when we saw the employee handling the problem they need training for customer srvc. So i going back to culinary and tell them that this facility is not good. Sorry we are sick we need comfort and positive examle. And dont expect us to coming back again
I had a horrible experience because I came in with shortness of breath and the receptionist insisted that I couldn’t be seen because she believed I had been exposed to COVID I explained time and time again that I wasn’t exposed I just wanted to have my lungs and my blood oxygen level checked because I felt like I was trying to breath underwater.
