My Husband and I purchased a Short Term Medical (STM) Plan from Lifeshield II. I for the First Time in my life had a Herniated Disc and it Affected my Sciatic Nerve. International Benefits Administrators (IBA) handles the billing or should I say, they DENY our claims. I went to a Physical Therapist (SSM Physical Therapy) and they are listed on their website as a In Network Provider. Well Guess What Happened????
