These people get a zero. Constantly transferring you to different departments and none of them can tell you why the E.O.B. has different amounts on it than what were told to you when purchasing it . Very disappointed in this company. Stay away from them.

I have submitted SEVERAL times my medical records as requested and the claims are still not being paid. I have hospitals and doctors offices coming after me for claims that SHOULD be paid. The last thing you need when you are dealing with an illness is to deal with an insurance company that DOESN"T COMMUNICATE WITHIN THEIR OWN COMPANY! There is no question that Ms. **** had a legitimate issue with her coverage. There was a certain clause in her coverage where we had to verify whether this was a pre-existing condition or not. That has been verified (that it was not a pre-existing condition) & all claims have been processed & finalized. I would of given a zero if I could! They had no problem taking my money every month but I have been trying to submit a claim from August 2018, THREE TIMES MAILED and TWICE faxed and they still are saying they do not have my claim! They always check that I have the correct mailing address as of my submission in September 2018 as it was changed......and guess what I just received today 1/4/2019 they sent an email address to state that their address was changed....it happened at least 4 months ago that I am aware of! Like *******, I also work at a law firm and have been trying to get a claim paid with absolutely no success. Despite having had all relevant information for over six months, IBA refuses to pay the claim. Also like ******* my call is "escalated" every time I call. I have also left several messages over the last two weeks for who I was told was a manager, Desiree P***** but she apparently thinks that issues will go away if she doesn't return calls. One star is too much. I work for a physician's office in **** ********** **. I personally have been calling this insurance company since June 26, 2018 for two dates of service from March 1 and March 6, 2018. Supposedly, the first date of service, a check was issued that we never received, yet they will not stop payment and issue a new check. The other date of service, they keep denying for medical records that they received back on August 24, 2018. The ONLY reason it gets 1 star is because it won’t let me do my review without picking it!!!!!!!!!!! This is a SCAM so called policy!!!! It has cost me more to make monthly payments than it would to pay out of pocket!!!! Furious!!!!! I have cancelled this and will pay out of my own pocket and will save more money than I would using them! I would not have my worst enemy use this!!!!!!

If I could give them no stars I would. I work at a law firm and have literally been attempting to get someone to (A) give me lien information (B) provide EOBs [since that is all they seem to understand how to do (C) PAY OUR CLIENT'S BILLS since July of 2018. First, I was told they moved and to send the information to their new address and fax number. Done. No less than 10 faxes and 15 or more calls later and they have denied most of her claims and claim not to have received about 5 of her claims at all. I was told on Novembe... read more

Worse insurance company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is rude and they can't answer any questions, they don't even let you speak. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY INSURANCE FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT

This company is a scam. They do not respond to disputes, their agents are either completely clueless or outright lie to their customers. They will frequently give you different addresses of which to send disputes and claim none of the letters were ever received. They are incapable of providing any detail and will baselessly deny all claims for coverage. This company needs to be investigated for the crimes committing against Americans they are supposed to be responsible for covering.
