Hotel rooms wreak of smoke, I guess that's to be expected of a hotel connected to a casino (according to my husband) but not ideal for someone who is health conscious and getting up the next day to run the Bix7. Wont stay here again.

Staff at the front desk was rude. Had to pay a “resort fee” but had to ask for frest towels and a room refresh. Once that was established, we received the clean towels in a bad tossed on the bathroom sink. No fresh sheets and the trash was never emptied. Wouldnt stay again.

Room was not very clean and had stains on carpet. Drain backed up in bathtub and sink. Check in took 20 minutes. Otherwise, most things were fine.

The air conditioning wasnt working and the hot tub jets didnt work. Front desk gal was very rude Super disappointing.

The girl at the Check encounter was rude and not very nice. We wanted to try and check in early since we had driven an hour to get there. She told us the room was ready. We’d have to wait till 4 PM. She didn’t advise us that we could do an early check-in. I had to do that on the kiosk, which cost me an additional $114 on a room that was already paid for we didn’t even end up staying. We left the hotel. I’ll never go back.

Bathroom was disgusting!!! Bathtub totally filthy!! Was put in a floor with little league team super noisy not worth 200 I spent!!!

Had a smoking room and asked for a nonsmoking room. I ended up getting bites all over my neck and arms from possible bed bugs- they never followed up

Outdated. No hot water in sink. Bed linen top cover dirty. Carpet stained. Refridgerator would not cool properly. No free breakfast.

I like the cleanliness’s of the rooms. But I came back four times to check ( but once I was too early). But the other 3:05 PM told room wasn’t ready to come back at 4:00 but at 4:05 PM room wasn't ready. Was told to wait in the lobby should be real soon. At 4:22 PM still waiting. But sometime later finally go a room. As I was sitting there two people were told they would give them an upgrade due the wait. I got no nothing.
