They have a communal microwave for each floor very fancy!
Rooms smell like smoke. Apparently there is a process to get your room made up that I wasnt informed of. Vending machines didnt work. Best of all, they like to charge resort fees that were already collected by expedia. Never again.

My room had not been used or clean in a very long time. Everything was dusty, floor not vacuumed, shower had hair in it, and shower head had lime deposits. Towels were old and scratchy.

I stayed there 2 nights. They did not come in the room and remake the beds and even take out the trash. there was dust on the counter tops of the desk area. The body wash and the soap dispenser in the shower were empty. They have hidden fees in there agreement they charge you a 2 dollar washer/dryer charge. This place is a joke!

My stay was lovely. Unfortunately, the front desk double charged me and I can't seem to get any staff to help resolve that issue.

There was food remnants left on our floor/fridge from previous occupants. The fitness center was a joke! Two dated pieces of machinery & 2 grimey, gross yoga mats in a glorified closet of a room. The pool area was very dirty, but I do admire they constantly had security walk through every so often to make sure people were staying in check. The pizza restaurant was very accomodating to our needs and went above & beyond for us! I would definitely NOT stay here again, however I would return to the restaurant!
