Didn't honor hotel.com price ...no sense of urgency.. under new mgt.. lots of staff not understanding customers pay their wage and also take it away by not returning.. The onsite restaurant Lone wolf was the highlight of the whole trip. Great service and food...

Rude The rooms were pretty nice and the buffet was delicious but the rudeness of the staff was what stuck in my mind and therefore I would never go back. They really catered to those who gambled more and did not tell us about specials that they had. We got charged for items in the mini bar that were not there to begin with. The rooms were hot walls were thin and no fan in the bathroom.

If you use a debit card to pay for a deposit on the room a $50 be careful they were adding additional $50 to the deposit on your card for every day that you stay stay on top of it I wonder how many times they've done that and nobody is paid attention to their account until it's too late

Strange man in my room & nothing was done about it Never will I stay there again!! When I was in my room a maintenance man walked in without ANY NOTIFICATION and scared me beyond belief. Mistakes happen and when I informed the manager of the hotel he NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME until I notified their corporate office.

Usually pretty good, but not this time.... The Isle is where I usually stay when I stay in Waterloo, and it's usually pretty good, but this time, it was a mix of bad and worse. I am not sure exactly what the damage was, but a water damage company was there with a fleet of vehicles, and several floors were being cleaned. This wouldn't have been much of an inconvenience, except horrible chemical smells were coming through the bathroom vents. Bedbugs I received 10 bedbug bites while staying at the hotel in room 501. I have never been bitten by bedbugs before but have found that I am very allergic to them. I called the hotel a couple days after I stayed just to inform them of the bedbugs in room 501. The hotel informed someone would call me back but no one called me back. I don't want anything from the hotel. I only called to inform them of the bedbugs in room 501.
