Dispointed; Minimal Services Except Gaming Food/restaurant options were non-existent. Either closed or closed down completely. Deli out of everything except salad. Buffet: will never eat at a buffet (for health and cleanliness reasons), and given the number of flies in the casino area just outside the buffet, provided further reasons not to venture there. Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Bathroom is dated. Mold on the walls. Carpeting looked dirty and worn. Room was dusty. Doubtful we will be staying here again. On a positive note the staff was courteous and helpful.

Won't stay here again! Room did not feel clean, carpet dingy and toilet had not been properly scrubbed/sanitized. Only one hanger in the closet. Called for more hangers, waited over an hour and nobody came.

Check before you go I came to play Texas Hold-em Poker. Their web site said they had seven tables. When I went to the floor and asked where the Poker Room was, I was told they had closed it over a year ago. I checked out the next morning. I was charged for two days, which would have been alright if they had the Poker Room. When I asked about this, no one would do anything about it, to make it right.

Nice casino out in the country outside of Waterloo. My poor rating was because it was so far away from town and the mess due to them being under construction.
