Was charged on app. Yet they said payment hadent went through so i got to pay again at the hotel. Not understanding how i paid twice for the same room.

They booked us into a room where someone else was already staying.
The buffet was good but the room was gross and the service was terrible.

Very disappointed! We spent 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned after the first night. We where out of the room all day and where surprised when we came back to a dirty room and no towels. Also, it was noisy on our floor both nights. Slamming doors, yelling in hallway. Someone had a dog in there room that was barking also. We have stayed in this hotel several times and have never had this bad of an experience. We may never come back.

Management was VERY RUID, not helpful, keys didn't work to open room. Took me 10 times to get a key to work. Something I cannot control was there response. Never again
