Piss Poor Service The Jacuzzi tub didn't even work. The front desk people we're rude and said they would fix it after we left, and that no more rooms so just deal with it.

The casino ventilation was so bad that you could smell the cigarette smoke all the way up on the 5th floor in a nonsmoking room. The walls are paper thin and any noise your neighbor mad could be heard. The staff was great and the room was clean and nice.

The wrong number was written on our key cards. When they wouldn't work a staff member told us that the room we were told was ours was already occupied. We fixed things fairly quickly but the key cards often wouldn't work and we had to reactivate our card because we couldn't keep the key cards next to our phones, debit cards, or credit cards or they would deactivate.

Housekeeping was not provided during our stay and when asked about it all we got was an “im sorry” here’s some extras towels. We had no clean towels our whole stay and the bed sheets were stained. Thankfully we had taken our own blankets.

Worst hotel in Waterloo !!!DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! The hotel was over priced for the stay and the service I received. There was left over food in the refrigerator from previous guest, there was mildew build up around the shower head and Handel. It was a nonsmoking room and still smelled like some one had just smoked in the room. After receiving fresh towels a roach crawled out of them.
