smoke smell was unbearable. Would have been totally satisfied except for the overwhelming smell of smoke everywhere. Turned a nice property into an ashtray.

We do have non-smoking rooms as well as a large non-smoking slot area in the casino. We do have a good ventilation system that completely exchanges all the air every 11 minutes. We do hope you come back to visit us again soon.

HVAC was inadequate, With outside air temperatures in upper 30's (F), the heating couldn't bring the room temperature up to 72F, the thermostat showed room temp dipping down to 69F at times even while the heat was running continuously. Hot water was intermittent. About 8 minutes of hot water in the shower, then the water would run cold.

Dirty towels in bathroom, no shampoo in bottles (but lots of conditioner). Sheets not fitted properly on beds ! Front desk staff not very caring about conditions! Casino is one of the worst I-have been too!

we had unrulely “neighbors” and we did complain but nothing was done nor were wr compensated. i dont believe we will stay here again
