Not a good value Hotel staff was nice....however: tv small & dim...bathroom sink was broken but was repaired promptly once they were notified...no perks such as continental breakfast or room service...bathroom needs a vent van...cleanliness was average...their late checkout is noon

Cigarette City Non-smoking only pertains to the person and not the room! Lbvs! I literally could not breathe the cigarette smoke from the “smoke free” floor. The entire staff was non-chalant about it.

Disaappointed I stayed at this location a couple of years back and was so impressed with it. This time I am disappointed. Room had funky smell, smoke? Not sure, Toilet didn't work but they promptly fixed it. Downside is that it was around midnight, Then I found a clump of "foreign" hair on the shower hand rail. So disgusting. I am stilll scratching my head in wonder at what is going on . . . disappointed,

The place smells like cigarettes The smell permeates through the whole building. Food was OK.

Disappointment We picked this place to entertain family members. We planned on enjoying the pool but per policy (that is not stated anywhere) you get only 5 wrist bands to be in the pool area unless you book another room. We made that work only to find out they close the indoor pool when there is lightening in the area - so much for plans :-(

Not clean Very unclean and dusty hotel dust is all over you love you phone to charge next morning you need a to wipe it done before you can use it. Valet parking stay away from it it takes them 20+ minutes to get your car.

Old and dirty The carpeting was so worn in some places (and not worn at all in others) that it appeared to have two different patterns of carpet on the floor. There were throw pillows on the bed that were stained with what appeared to be a "milky fluid" and a similar "spill" was on one spot on the floor. I thought the smell of cigarettes was contained to the lobby until I took a shower: stepping out, I smelled it again, it was everywhere. It was your fault for my terrible stay! I booked through you and you did not send confirmation to Hotel and had to pay Hotel and you took my money too!!! Dealt with this till 11:00 @ night on my stay! Will never use Expedia again!! And will writing a review!
