The pay outs are terrible,I usually come to the casino at least 2 to 3 times a month but never hit anything worth talking about.I spend a very decent amount of money but only really receive is a free hotel room which I paid for in a slot machine.This casino has gone down hill.

I was at Isle of Capri for 9 hours gambling won several $500 jackpots and lost several hundred came time to eat supper went and asked for a buffet they said I did not have enough on my card to get one I will never go back I go to Ameristar where they treat you right

My husband and I used to go to Boonville every weekend and have a lot of fun but it has gotten to the point where we NEVER win. Actually, not even enough to let us play for a while. Another thing which seems off is the amount of our "bonus" money coupons we receive. As much as we went and the money we spent, our bonus money never increased, always at the lowest amount they give. Rooms and facility are nice, clean, and reasonably priced. The staff needs some serious training in customer service. Not one smile. Not a single friendly word. They are going through the motions. This is typical of a top down problem.

My husband and I went to Farmers Pick tonight and it was the worst experience ever! Got there at 6:50 salad bar was bare, baked potatoes on potato bar were srivaled up looked like they had been there all day. Both soups were empty. Mexican bar only had a few toasted ravioli and sauce on it, no one was at the steak grill another bar had 2 pieces of pizza on it. The only bars that had anything was the chicken and dessert. me and my boyfriend use to go play slots at least 1 time a week! thats when it was fun to play and we could stay and play for a while without loosing 100.00 in 15 min! slots are terrible and payback for the bonuses are bad! we just dont go anymore is not fun to lose that much money with no hope of any payback.. we do miss going but not worth the chance of no payback ...we r not the only ones complaining! a lot of people have told me they will never go back! we went in to meet a friend the other day and sat down to play 20 a... read more

I am so disappointed! June 2nd after spending the night and my money the valet drove my car up front without me asking for it. Left the lights on which caused me to need a jump. The security guard came out and before I signed the waiver I asked if he knew what he was doing. The valet told me he does it all the time. I trusted they knew what they were doing so I signed the waiver. I expected them to do it the right way. No he hooked my battery up backwards. There was a burning smell in my car. Stayed at the hotel and went to the casino. The hotel room was adequate, but the price was high against the normal weekday price of a casino hotel. Within the casino, the prices for adult venerates was high and the gaming was all but impossible to win. The dealers constantly drew cards from nowhere.

Most dealers was good but Isle Capri does need more the one $5 21+3 table.
