My husband and I used to go to Boonville and gamble 4-6 time a month. We would take a certain amount of money, usually lose part of it after an evening's play, and replenish our funds to return again. There is no longer any "losing part of it" in an evening. We now rarely even go into a bonus (playing all lines X2 usually) and, if we do, we only get a couple of dollars on the bonus. We literally get no playtime for our money. The room was nice minis our tub not draining this morning, and everyone was nice and attentive except for the bartender that was serving drinks last night, someone that I was with had mentioned that it was my birthday. Worse experience ever!!!! Customer servicer zero to none existent!!!! Discrimination against Asians. On March 27, 2018 at 10:50 p.m. I walk into Isle of Capri Casino at booneville with Kent. A female Security guard stop me at the gates and ask me for my I.D. I give her my I.D. She then ask me for my birthday dates and I give the exact correct dates. Went to cashier window to cash my ticket, got told you are not to put your hand out to receive money. Has to be layed on counter, you are not to touch it till transaction is done, its not your money yet, it belongs to the casino. This from one of the men in suits that are supervisor type. I asked why is that. Its not your money,it belongs to the casino till they say its yours. Was a very rude lady at cashier area working it. Will just continue to go to Joplin Mo area ones.

The Casino side, Awesome size wonderful variety, bug wins. Hotel side Needs complete restructuring of policies, customer service is rude, very rude, insensitive. They just book out ur room if ur not there by 7 unless u call. So I called confirmed late check-in told them I would be there SAVE MY ROOM! THEY SAID NO PROBLEM. Had some travel issues and delays. Then when we arrived tired from the road the guy said he booked my room out just 30 mins ago bc I didn't call to have them hold it yet another time. I was never told I ha... read more

They could use a second roulette table. Hard to get on theirs on the weekend and it stays pretty full. Losing a lot of play by only having one. Same for craps

We picked today because of Mardi Gras. The buffet said cajun crawfish boil dirty rice and king cake. They crawfish was one little pan with the rest of the fixins. Did not see king cake. We drove over an hour during the work week to play roulette. Shocked to find no table roulette except for the weekends. Very disappointed with that. Good news our room is clean.
