I paid online through Expedia for a King room - I received a double 😡 I didn’t know there wasn’t a fridge or microwave- bathroom was so outdated- it was confusing on how to even get to “check in” they didn’t even have coffee in the lobby- the lil coffee pot in the room was a joke - the chair in the room was SUPER DUSTY- Staff is very friendly - I understand that things are under construction but guest come first

Nothing that was supposed to be provided was there. No fridge, microwave, breakfast, or dining options were available. No place nearby to get food or groceries. Had to leave our trash and wet towels outside the door and wait for clean towels to be left in that spot. Our suite smelled like stale urine and carpeting was stained and dirty. We reserved 5 nights, considered leaving but had nowhere else to stay

We were not there for the casino. Our stay was proximity to the Blues Festival in Helena. There were these issues: Entrance to the hotel is hard to find. The entry lanes wander around the parking lot, directing you to the casino. I had to go inside to get directions to the hotel entrance. No remote for the TV. Maintenance brought several remotes to try, but none worked. We were able to get the TV on with a switch on the TV, but not able to change channels. We booked 1 room with 2 queen beds. We got there and had two double beds. Showed our booking paper to the guys at the front desk and ask to be moved to A room with Queen beds and he SMILED and kept SMILING and said that they didn't have any queen beds in their Hotel. Said Expedia is giving out WRONG information.The floor was dirty. We had 2 set of towels for 3 People. He took A copy of my Booking papers that stated: I booked 1 Classic Room, 2 Queen Beds. The base boards, lamps, and desk was dusty. The shower water was brown, turned wash cloth brown. Toilet kept bringing up stuff that was whatever in it. I complained, they said just let the water run until it clear.

The carpet was filthy the phone didn’t work and the bed had stains on them terrible for almost 200 never will I ever stay there again

The room was really nice and clean, no problems with the appearance of room. Only, we did not receive ANY services in this room. I know you don't change the bed every day, but what about bathroom or vacuum the floor after a couple days of being used. NOTHING!! Also, there were no explanations given on your Housekeeping polices. Upon checking out this morning, there was not anyone to talk or to get a receipt of my charges.
